This might be one of the best savory snacks ever. Grab some enoki mushrooms and select spices and follow along for one of the easiest mushroom recipes you can make. We add on some nutritional yeast for that cheesy goodness. Feel free to add your favorite spices! Subscribe for more tasty recipes on a budget: /marlondoll Ingredients: Enoki Mushrooms (mushrooms of choice) 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp Onion Powder Salt 1: Wash mushrooms thoroughly and use cloth or paper towel to absorb as much moisture as possible. Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius) 2: Cut ends off mushrooms and place evenly on a cooking sheet. Avoid overlapping here! Drizzle cooking oil over evenly, shake pan to coat bottom. 3: Spice them up! Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Add nutritional yeast (can add as much as wanted) This will give us a vegan friendly-cheesy flavor. 4: Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until crispy. 5: Enjoy! Eat directly as a snack or add it to other dishes.
