Hello my loves, so here is a meal plan I created to go along with drinking apple cider vinegar weight loss drink. I know im going to get asked for it so here is the typed out full meal plan
Instructions
- ask your doctor if you have any concerns before starting this 7 day diet. this diet is low in calories so it should not be done for over 14 days.
- drink the acv drink 30 minutes before every main meal
- drink a bottle or glass of water with every meal hydration is important
- find out your bmi and how many calories your body needs in a day to function properly and cater your caloric intake to that. My fitness pal is a great app for that and its free ( i'm not sponsored) its just a great app.
- enjoy your results love
- working out isnt neccesary but will help alot if youre working out up your caloric intake for the day!
ACV MEAL PLAN
♡Breakfast♡
❤ 1 packet of instant oatmeal ( helps you to stay full through the day)
❤ 1 tbs of honey ( for sweetness in oat meal)
❤ 1/2 a grape fruit ( boosts the metabolism)
♡Lunch♡
Tuna Wraps
❤ 1 spinach tortilla
❤ 1 pack of tuna creations lemon pepper tuna
❤ 2 tbs of jalapenos
❤ 2 tbs of onions
❤ 1/2 an avocado
♡Dinner♡
❤ 1 salmon filet
❤ eat as much kale and green beans as you'd like

1 BABY LIME OR HALF OF LEMON
