Learn how to lower blood pressure immediately with high blood pressure control quickly at home! WHY BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure, or hypertension, rarely has noticeable symptoms. But if untreated, it increases your risk of serious problems such as heart attacks and strokes. The only way to find out if your blood pressure is high is to have your blood pressure checked. BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR PRO: If you or a loved one suffer with high blood pressure then I'd like to introduce you to my blood pressure monitor pro app! I’ve spent over 2 years creating the blood pressure monitor pro app to help patients monitor home blood pressure readings, see trends and most importantly analyze your lifestyle and tell you what to improve on! So if you don’t already have it download it today from your app store! Just search, "Blood pressure monitor pro" and make sure the icon matches or click the relevant links below, Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/blood-pressure-monitor-pro/id1545186408 Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.bloodpressuremonitorapp_a Blood Pressure Monitor Pro Website: https://www.bloodpressuremonitorpro.com WHAT INCREASES BLOOD PRESSURE: It's not always clear what causes high blood pressure, but there are things that can increase your risk. You might be more at risk if you: • Are overweight • Eat too much salt and do not eat enough fruit and vegetables • Do not do enough exercise • Drink too much alcohol or coffee (or other caffeine-based drinks) • Smoke • Do not get much sleep or have disturbed sleep • Are over 65 • Have a relative with high blood pressure • Are of black African or black Caribbean descent • Live in a deprived area Making healthy lifestyle changes can sometimes help reduce your chances of getting high blood pressure and help lower your blood pressure if it's already high. LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE NATURALLY: These lifestyle changes can help prevent and lower high blood pressure: • Reduce the amount of salt you eat and have a generally healthy diet • Cut back on alcohol • Lose weight if you're overweight - /watch/s0r7MLmLzjhL7 • Exercise regularly • Cut down on caffeine • Stop smoking Some people with high blood pressure may also need to take 1 or more medicines to stop their blood pressure getting too high. @karlint39قبل 4 أشهر For me, losing 20 kilos was the trick that lowered my blood pressure. Weight was briefly mentioned (between tips #6 and #7) but from my experience, that id="hidden5" class="buttons"> should be #1. The other tips generally make sense, but I don't get 8 hours of sleep, and I drink lots of coffee, but my blood pressure is better now than it was before. It would be interesting to see the relative impact of each of these. For some people it might be easier to cut back on salt than cut back on coffee or vice versa, so people should choose the tips that are easy for them to implement rather than thinking that they have to do everything. ....وسعت 1
