Serves - 5
INGREDIENTS
Cooking Oil - 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 2
Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Finely Chopped Onion - 1 Medium
Grated Carrots - 1/2 Cup
Grated Paneer - 1/2 Cup
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - Tbsp
Boiled Potato - 4
Hot dogs Buns - 5
PREPARATION
STEP 1
- In a heated pan, add 2 Tbsp Oil, add Finely Chopped Green chilies, add Finely Chopped Garlic, Finely Chopped Ginger, mix it well and sauté for a minute.
- Add Finely Chopped Onions, add Turmeric, Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 Cup Grated Carrots Cook for 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer, mix it well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add 1 Tbsp Red Chili powder, 1/2 Coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala powder and Salt to taste, Mix it well.
- Add 1 Tbsp Red Chili Sauce, Add 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup and Mix.
- Next Add Boiled Potato, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Cilantro, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove the Aloo Panner Mix from Stove and allow to cool down.
STEP 2
- Roll the Aloo Paneer Mixture into Hotdog shape.
- Place the Hotdog in the Hotdog Bun.
- Top it with some Mustard and Tomato Ketchup.
- Now Aloo Paneer Hot Dog Is ready.
