Add #PaneerHyderabadi #PaneerHyderabadiRecipe #PaneerHyderabadiDhabaStyle #HyderabadiPaneerMasala Please Subscribe - /channel/UCa8u0zJsHO4ggfkuPLGOMgw Follow on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/sumanikaskitchen/ Friend us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/sumanikas.kitchen Follow us on Pinterest at https://www.pinterest.com/SumanikasKitchen/ INGREDIENTS Oil - 2 Tbsp Paneer - 500 Grams Cloves - 3 Cardamom - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Inch Green Chili - 2 Garlic - 3 Cloves Ginger - 1 Inch Chopped Onion - 1 Medium Chopped Tomatoes - 2 Medium Spinach - 1 Cup Cilantro - 1/2 Cup Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp Red chilies - 3 Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp Red chili Powder - 1 Tbsp Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp Salt to taste Yogurt - 1/2 Cup Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp STEP 1 - Add 1 Tbsp Oil, add 3 cloves Garlic, add 1 inch Ginger, add 3 cloves, 2 Cardamom, 1 inch Cinnamon stick, add 2 Green Chilies to a Heated Pan and mix it well. - Add 1 medium size Chopped Onion, mix and cook for 2 minutes. - Add 2 Medium size Chopped Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. - Add 1 cup Spinach, mix and cook for 2 minutes - Add 1/2 cup Cilantro, mix and cook for 2 minutes. - Once the fried ingredients cool down completely, grind into smooth paste. STEP 2 - Add 1 Tbsp Oil, add 1/2 Tsp Cum8n seeds, add 3 Red Chilies, add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric to a heated Pan and mix it well. - Add Ground paste, mix and cook for 3 minutes. - Add 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala and add Salt to taste. Mix it well. - Add water cook for another 2 minutes. - Add 1/2 Cup Yogurt and cook for 2 minutes. - Add Paneer Cubes and cook for 5 minutes. - Add 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi, mix and cook for another 3 minutes. - Now Paneer Hyderabadi is ready to serve. #PaneerHyderabadiTikka #PaneerHyderabadiInTelugu #PaneerRecipe #PaneerTikkaMasala #PaneerButterMasala
