    @geg_otmopo3منذ 4 سنوات It’s ridiculous how big brand companies are trying to reinvent the wheel every year. And paid reviews are gonna say «faster and lighter» every year despite bikes getting slower and heavier. What is the most ridiculous — people still buy it ‍♂️ ....وسعت 17

    @gordonroberts5601منذ 4 سنوات I’ve had both a 2014 & the 2018 the same time. The 2018 handled better mid corner on descents but that’s where it stops. Needless to say the 2018 turned out to be a such a disappointment with issues with the rear shock bobbing most of the time on the flats and the climbs and has now been sold (couldn’t wait to get rid of it) the 2014 was way better at climbing with the Fox Factory Brain shock set up and overall build quality of the frame and components .. still have it but now thinking of selling it along with every other Specialized I have. ....وسعت 1

    @patricklaureys1249منذ 4 سنوات I have an old Cannondale 26' Siemens Replica (alu frame) from 2006, and it's so much better than my twice as expensive Cannondale F-Si (bought three years ago).

    @ricardofernandez6027منذ 4 سنوات which gives a specialized guarantee that the rear shock will not break again as in the 2018 - 2019 -2020 models that stopped working after 30 hours of use

    @MichaelWareFitnesمنذ 4 سنوات What do you think of the new Rockhopper? 2

    @123phobia123منذ 3 سنوات i had a 2015 s-works epic for 4 years, had to change the shock 2 times every year. never again an epic, and just as you said, never again a bike with full of propriety tech

    @josefernandez8339منذ 4 سنوات I've had a 2014, 2016, and currently have a 2018 s-works epic. They have all been super reliable and I have not experienced the bobbing you describe id="hidden7" class="buttons"> unless I'm coming up close to maintenance and seals have to be replaced. Interesting that I have not had these issues like you have described. You should have had your wheels replaced. Specialized are good with warranty if you can demonstrate that you have followed their service guide and have proof of purchase. 19K for the new bike though is OUTRAGEOUS. I figure there is at least 5K for the power meter and the AXS which I would personally do without. Will stick with the 2018 for now. ....وسعت

    @ilikelampshades6منذ 4 سنوات I'd consider 2000 for it. 19000 is just stupid 6

    @mickl8664منذ 4 سنوات Excellent video Durianrider. You absolutely nailed it. The brain has always been a gimmick and the unique rear shock is an example of how Specialized lock id="hidden8" class="buttons"> you to their overpriced and unreliable product. I suspect Specialized will deliberately change the design of the rear shock so you won't be able to get a replacement in the not too distant future thereby rendering the bike useless and as you put it a "landfill bike". In the long run this is very bad customer relations with someone like me because I will avoid purchasing their product as a result of this fact. Specialized are literally "specialised" to their detriment. I also concur that Specialized and other consumer focused brands that do this "specialisation" are bad for the environment by selling "landfill bikes". ....وسعت 3

    @JasonDBikeمنذ 4 سنوات My uncle in law got this. And it does not work! He's been countless times to the bike shop. 3
  • @
    @bhMTB_Brisbaneمنذ 4 سنوات New bikes are often 'unproven'. Can always get an epic evo without the brain, plus the brain on the 'regular' epic can be run mostly open id="hidden9" class="buttons"> if its too 'harsh' of a ride. On the plus side, the move to a long, slack XC bike is a big win ....وسعت 2

    @ofk2339منذ 4 سنوات Can we just talk about the S-Works Shiv for a second. I’ve never seen a more rediculous looking bike. I actually laughed out loud when I saw it. Has there ever been more gimmicks packed into 1 bike? Everything from the Snickers bar storage in the downtube to that monstrous fin on the back LOLOL! Who can keep a straight face while marketing that thing? ....وسعت 1

    @corvus400منذ 4 سنوات At this point they should offer free shock with some adjustment that you have on handlebar!! That is so shit when you pay so much money and get faulty product that doest work as advertised, or work half way!! 1
  • @
    @kamarulamin3333منذ 4 سنوات You should know which is the best for 2021 Specialized. it's the ROCKHOPPER!!!!

    @philstadnicki7882منذ 4 سنوات The cycling industry is much like the phone industry, every year theres “a new improved model” thats faster better blah blah, with amazing sales pitch, just designed to make consumers feel like they need it. Marketing bullshit- 100% ....وسعت 3
