Preparation time - 45 mins
ingredients:
Pineapple - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 spoons
Dry fruits - 1 cup
Ghee - 6 spoons
jaggery powder - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 spoon
Making
Fry the dry fruits till golden brown and keep aside.
Into same pan with 2 spoons ghee add pineapple puree, corn flour and mix.
Add jaggery and cook well. once it starts to thicken add ghee , cardamom powder and dry fruits. serve .
Tips & Tricks
can grind the pineapple coarsely.
Do not add more corn flour than mentioned.
