Sinigang Na Hipon
Isa na naman pong mura at masarap na ulam ang handog ko sa inyo. Nag crave po kayo ng Sinigang? May konting hipon na natira sa Ref? at mga tirang gulay sa kusina? Tamang tama, lutuin na yan at gawing napakasarap na Sinigang. Ito ay napakas simple at mabilis na recipe para sa buong pamilya.

My cooking/baking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from Youtube and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.
Ingredients:
1/4 shrimp, cleaned
1 Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix, depends on your taste
1 radish, sliced
2 cups lettuce
1 piece onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water, depending how much you like
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
*Heat oil in a cooking pot.
*Sauté garlic and onion.
*Once the onion becomes soft, add shrimp let it cook.
*Pour water into the pot, depending on how much soup you like. Cover and Let it boil.
*Add Sinigang mix, stir until it dilutes completely.
*Put the radish into the pot. Cover and Cook for 3 minutes.
*Add salt and pepper to taste.
*Cover and let it boil.
*Add lettuce, and transfer to a serving bowl.
*Serve warm with rice.
