Here we are going to see, how to prepare a Kaadai 65 Recipe in Tamil | Quail Fry Recipe | Kaadai Fry
Ingredients
Kaadai - 3 Nos
Chilly Powder - 1.5 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - as reqd
Turmeric Ginger Garlic Paste - 1.5 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 to 2 tbsp
Method
Mix all Ingredients and marinate the Kaadai well
Add Oil in the Kadai as required
Once Oil heated add Marinated Kaadai to fry.
Flip it to another and fry until oil bubbles settles down
Kaadai Fry is Ready
