I already plotted out this AMV in my head even before 2019 was over. I also already chose this song back then. I was worried I might not make a video that satisfied me but I really like what I came up with, especially the ending. I eagerly wait for Makoto Shinkai's next work. You might say it was because of 2016 Your Name that I have a more open mind nowadays about anime and manga in general. Weathering with You may not the best or your favorite but it certainly earns all the praise it has garnered since its release.
