China and ice cream? Yeah... and in some spicy variations, too: with hongyou (red chilli oil), with Sichuan pepper corns... in a Cornetto with xiangla (aromatic spicy) mulberry flavor... and as a Sichuan pepper gelato that was *really* good in Chengdu!
