Soon your basil will flower from the top, so pinch off and your basil will last longer.
The plant you think is tarragon is lavender! That will attract butterflies when it flowers. Oh and plant your Rosemary (on the end). You have several potted plants there. They will grow to about 3 feet and become a shrub, keeps away mosquitoes, so plant near the house or put in large pots. I live in Florida so have similar plants, fruits and herbs. Rosemary is good for a hair rinse too. Steep in hot water, allow to cool and voila, hair rinse.
Just adore your home and garden, you are indeed blessed at such a young age, but you have also worked hard for it. Congrats you two! ...

Leave the metal on the bahay kubo (it's so strong & protective for storms)... but create a fancy wood & straw roof over it. Maybe a little taller. I don't know about there... but here pool lights, pumps, etc. are all GFP (ground fault protected). If they break or short out the GFP switch automatically cuts any electricity off to the light, or whatever. ...
