Friends, Today;s recipe is unique sweet recipe which is made from green coconut, milk and sugar. Yes, it is "માંગરોળ નો પ્રખ્યાત ખાદિમ પાક (લીલાં નારીયેળ નો હલવો)". We are bringing this recipe first time on YouTube, so we wish that, you don't miss it to watch. This sweet is only made in Mangrol city of Junagadh district of Gujarat-India. It is made by unique method which we usually do not follow while making Kopra pak. Due to its unique preparation, it becomes very soft with taste of fresh coconut. Here is recipe: Two nos. of coconut (Grate in thin jali as shown) 300 ml raw milk 200 grams sugar 75 grams ghee Three tbsp milkmaid Almonds & Pista for garnishing Method: Grate coconut in thin jali. Crush remaining pieces in mixer. Transfer grated and crushed coconut on a pan, add milk in it. Heat at high flame. Mix continuously. When bubbles starts forming in milk turn flame to medium low. Keep mixing for approx. 15 minutes. Milk will completely blend with grated coconut. Now add sugar. Keep mixing continuously for 3-4 minutes till sugar gets dissolved completely. Now add milkmaid and ghee. Mix continuously for 2-3 minutes till ghee starts leaving sides and grated coconut becomes semi-transparent. Our Khadim Pak is ready. Now, apply ghee on a tray using brush and spread khadim pak evenly on tray. If needed press little bit and flatten upper surface using ghee applied steel cup with smooth bottom surface. Garnish with almonds and pista chips. Let it settle for 15 minutes at least. Now we will cut pieces out of it. For that, apply ghee on both sides of a knife and make cuts of sizes of your choice. Again let it settle for 2 minutes. Now, lift the pieces out of spread easily.
