MARY SCHOLL: Mary Scholl, a deep believer in learning, empathy, creativity and curiosity, is a fellow of the Institute for Collaborative Learning and founder of Centro Espiral Mana in Costa Rica. She has been teaching language (English and Spanish) for 30 years and has been designing and implementing educational projects in Latin America for over 18 years. Mary has a been a TESOL Certificate Trainer and trainer of trainers since 2001. Mary holds an MA in Teaching English and Spanish from SIT Graduate Institute. She has lived and/or taught on four continents and gratefully calls Costa Rica home. RAJ GILL: Raj Gill is Certified in Conversational Intelligence®️, and Certified Professional Co-active Coach. She is the co-author of NVC Toolkit for Facilitators and a trainer certified by the International Centre for Nonviolent Communication. Her practice includes Coaching and Training in Inclusive Leadership, Communication with Compassion, mediation and Emotional Intelligence. Over the past 20 years Raj has coached entrepreneurs, doctors, youth, couples and inmates to get results through their ideas, words and actions (IWA). Raj brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, training and facilitation to her practice. Her goal is to provide a highly interactive environment and make the learning engaging and the knowledge and skills easy to integrate into daily life. Her work also includes curriculum development and teaching with Cowichan Intercultural Society, the Justice Institute of BC., UBC, Langara College and Correctional Service of Canada, and the Institute for Collaborative Learning, among others. She has taught in Africa, Central & South America, North America and Ireland. Raj’s work is informed and grounded in over 18 years of learning and working with Marshall Rosenburg. She is a strong believer in the power of compassion and human connection for resolving conflict and creating business success. RONNIE HAUSHEER: New Yorker living in Buenos Aires 9 months of the years, She coaches via Skype. She is a CFT graduate, long-time student of nonviolent communication, certified in NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis and Focusing. Since she retired from service in State government, she has been following her heart: dancing tango, studying jewelry-making, becoming bilingual. Her greatest passion is spending time with her granddaughter. She holds an MA and MBA and has 20+ years of experience working in the field of health care policy. Throughout her life, she explored various aspects of communication. This lifelong interest her to study coaching. In that study she found a new passion for contributing to people's lives and also having fun.
