@deanterry221119629 months ago As a neutral here, I think Chelsea are heading for serious implications, the owner seems to be playing with a toy that he knows nothing about. Chelsea have no European football, an ageing stadium that only holds around 40,000 and I just cannot see how they can bring in the revenue to be able to spend this kind of money and stay within FFP rules. If this owner is not careful, Chelsea could end up in big trouble and hit with points deductions!! ... 3

Players will always be confused whether they are in the squad or not and it won't create a good atmosphere just like last season. Hopefully we just end our signings for this window with caiceido (Who I even think we should've gotten a cheaper alternative to) and call it a day. ... 10

I don't think we need Lavia, especially with all the other CMs we have at our disposal for a team outside of European competition (Caicedo, Enzo, Gallagher, Santos, potentially Ugochukwu). Also, would a player like Ugochukwu ever get a chance in our team if Lavia & Caicedo are both ahead in the pecking order? I understand he's quality but I feel like our CM position is well reinforced already with loads of young talent (which Lavia is) ... 19

They aren’t willing to match Liverpools offer and are instead trying to scare Liverpool away from Caicedo so they can get him for 100 million. Brighton could EASILY tell him that he needs to either accept Liverpool or return back to Brighton immediately. They are in Europe this year and would likely enjoy having him for one more year. I can’t see Caicedo fighting that hard for Chelsea . It is FAR more likely that Liverpool get both Lavia and Caicedo than it is Chelsea getting just Caicedo. Chelsea have spent way too much money on lottery tickets and now can’t afford Caicedo. One thing is certain, STOP dealing with Brighton, never do it again unless it’s an absolute last resort ...

While at it, somebody tell that billionaire, having 5 players for every position can only bring pain, apparently he didn't get the picture last season! I guess it's lesson 2.....he will learn, eventually! 😂😂 ...
