@Alicjawkrainieczarow0قبل 9 أشهرIt's aint greek when it doesn't have feta. I've been to Greece 3 times and there's always just cucumbers, tomatoes, yellow onion, kalamata olives, olive oil and big block of feta on top. Absolutely amazing 76

@JackieOgleقبل 9 أشهرMy father in law used to make spring salad, which was his own recipe. A whole iceberg lettuce chopped, green onions, cukes, radishes, green pepper,.lots id="hidden2" class="buttons"> of garlic powder, onion powder, then add salt and black pepper, then add a whole carton of 4% small curd cottage cheese and add some sour cream too. About a cup. Mix and enjoy! It's so refreshing and delicious and I could eat the whole bowl. Yours looks great! ....وسعت25

@
@Ali_D_Kattقبل 9 أشهرOoohhhh for a nondairy option skip the lemon, olive oil, and cottage cheese and hit it with some balsamic vinaigrette or glaze/reduction (store bought id="hidden3" class="buttons"> of course we're in a hurry) or Italian dressing might be good too. Then add some beans of your choosing strained and rinsed (again canned store bought we've got shit to do). I think a mild white bean of some kind would be good or some hominy or chickpeas. This really is quite a versatile salad. ....وسعت2

@
@hrisaki84قبل 9 أشهرTry oregano instead of mint. It's more traditional. I get this is like an inspiration and supposed to be low cal but I still think you can mix a little id="hidden13" class="buttons"> feta along with the cottage chesse to make it more flavourful. And it will still be lower in calories. A touch of red wine vinegar and some kalamata olives would make it chef's kiss! ....وسعت

@
@Isabella66Gracenقبل 9 أشهرLooks so incredibly yummy!! But, for me, it definitely needs salt. Cottage cheese may be salty enough on its own, but would be pretty bland trying to boost the savor of all those veggies. Especially the tomatoes.
