Canada wildfires grow as season still has weeks to go

Firefighters continued their push this week in battling the hundreds of wildfires across the country, even as the season is only halfway over. While B.C. currently has the largest number of wildfires burning, there is hope the cooler and wetter weather forecast this weekend could help in the fight. The shift in weather comes as people gather in Penticton, B.C. to mourn a firefighter who died while battling one of the provinces' wildfires.
