Welcome everyone to The Divine Comedy Season 4! TDC is a round based around the classic tale of Dante's Inferno, in which the titular character traverses the layers of Hell. For this season we will continue our journey through the dark depths as we arrive at the fourth layer, Greed. This layer is for those who always wanted more. Never satisfied with what they had, these sinners would pursue more wealth, more possessions, more fame, more everything. To tackle this layer we have formed groups of 2 based around our own vanity, as the people with the largest online following will be teamed with another on the opposite end. In this layer, our scientists will be exposed to the pain greed can bring you; as more valuables are collected across the world, we will become afflicted with curses. Gold, diamonds, and golden apples will bring their holder weakness, slowness & hunger respectively as more and more are kept in their pocket.
