    @Gracexoxo74992 years ago April is so right on all of these if you are lazy and want to lose weight you can't just stop eating you have to eat until you are full but eat slowly. drink lots of water and don't skip meals it is not a good idea to cut the meals because as you do so, you bones are the ones that get affected the fat isn't even phased. You might think you are losing fat but your bones are taking the hit which makes you fragile and weak. You are skinny but you aren't strong and it will be even harder to workout. The best ways to lose weight without exercise is to run, drink water, (which helps clear skin too) eat healthy, dance and gymnastics also helps you loosen yourself which makes exercises much easier and fun. If you need any tips just ask 😌 Also doing all these won't help you get quick results, as April said, you still need to exercise if you have far goals! ... 1
