How to make a PCB from scratch ( Including Silkscreen )

Figured I would show how I went about making a PCB from scratch, I tried to show this before with the VU meter, but life happened. But wait no longer, for here it is! Plus I needed a little mixer and so I made one, figured this would be a good project to show how I made the other PCB.
