Don Frazier - History of the Old West

Don Frazier is back on the Break It Down Show discussing the fascinating nature of Old West history. The characters and tales we know are retold repeatedly. Which begs, who are the forgotten heroes, and what are their stories? Pete A Turner has been reading a number of histories, most recently Jerome Preisler's Civil War Commando the story of William Cushing. We'll do a show with Jerome later in Jan, but for now, let's talk to Don about what places, what battles, what characters are out there that need attention. Don runs the Texas Center at Schreiner University in Texas. Their efforts at the Texas Center are leading the way as Texas grows over the next 50 years.
