As a person who has been fighting OCD for 2 years and recently generalized anxiety disorder, I would like to share id="hidden1" class="buttons"> a small message:
Fighting to overcome such mental health conditions can be consuming and exhausting, but it's totally worth the fight.
To the people struggling out there, always remember that life is worth living. You are worthy and no matter what people think or tell you, your feelings are valid, It's not your fault that you're feeling that way, but it's your responsibility to take a step for yourself.
Seeking professional help is a sign of strength and a step towards healing, don't be ashamed of doing it.
You're not alone in your struggles. Be strong, you deserve the best❤️
