Ceviche is a South-American specialty where the fish is cooked in acid, typically lime juice. The dish is now served around world and extremely popular. To create the classic ceviche you can use any fish but also adding fruit to the dish will add even more flavor. I am going to show you how to make this awesome, fresh and delicious version with watermelon and crab! By “cooking” the watermelon and crab in the sour lime juice mixture (or “tiger milk” as the Peruvians call it) you will get a ceviche that will blow your taste buds away!
