Is it permissible to rent out a portion (like a basement) in a masjid or a madarasah in order to help out towards the expenses? مسجد کی جگہ جیسے کہ بیسمنٹ پر دکانات یا مدرسے کی جگہ کو کرائے پر دینا اس غرض سے کہ اس سے مسجد یا مدرسے کے اخراجات میں مدد ملے گی ، کیا یہ جائز ہے؟ 2. [1:42] What is the stance of Shariah with respect to the Supreme Court order to demolish two mosques in Karachi? کراچی سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ کہ دو مسجدوں کو گرا دیا جائے ، اسکی شرعی حیثیت کیا ہے؟ 3. [4:32] Is brushing teeth equivalent to fulfilling the Sunnah of using Miswak? مسواک کرنا سنت ہے اور کیا یہ برش کرنے سے مقصد حاصل ہو جاتا ہے؟ 4. [5:43] If a person plans to give Zakaat to so & so, but when the time comes, he gives it to someone else. Is this okay? کوئی شخص زکات کی ادائیگی میں ارادہ کرتا ہے کہ اتنی زکات فلاں کو دے دوں یا فلاں کو۔ جب دینے کا وقت آتا ہے تو ارادہ بدل جاتا ہے اور کسی اور کو دے دیتا ہے ، کیا یہ درست ہے؟ 5. [6:23] Is it permissible to take out a loan on interest to pay out an outstanding loan which is also accruing interest? ایک عورت نے سود پر کہیں سے قرض لیا ، رقم کی ضرورت ہے کہ وہ ادھار واپس کرے تو جو رقم لی جانی ہے وہ بھی سود پر ہے ، کیا یہ جائز ہے؟ 6. [8:00] Can we use Zakat to pay out a loan for someone? کیا ادھار کو زکات میں سے دے سکتے ہیں؟ 7. [13:35] Quran is the revelation sent from Allah Ta'ala to His Beloved Prophet صلي الله عليه و سلم, then how is it that Hadith-e-Nabawi is also considered as a revelation when it was never sent as a revelation? پوچھنا یہ تھا کہ حدیث نبوی کا کوئی نزول ہی نہیں ہوتا تو حدیث نبوی وحی کیسے ہوئی ، وحی تو قرآن کی نازل ہوتی ہے؟ 8. [17:54] Can we pray in a moving bus, train or a plane? کیا چلتی بَس ، ٹرین یا جہاز میں نماز پڑھی جا سکتی ہے؟ 9. [18:16] Ever since the start of 2021, I didn't lie even once after getting motivated by your lecture. Now for the past few months, I am trying to get rid of the habit of backbiting but am not able to do it fully. What should I do? اس سال ۲۰۲۱ کے شروع میں ایک بیان میں کہا گیا کہ کچھ نہیں کر سکتے تو جھوٹ بولنا چھوڑ دو ، تو اس پورے سال میں ایک مرتبہ بھی میں نے جھوٹ نہیں بولا۔ لیکن گزشتہ کچھ ماہ سے میں غیبت چھوڑنا چاہتا ہوں پر مکمل طور پر نہیں چھوڑ پا رہا۔ کیا کروں؟ 10. [22:02] If a doctor says that it would be life threatening for a lady to get pregnant then would it be permissible for her to undergo surgery that permanently prevents pregnancy? اگر ڈاکٹر کہہ دے کہ خاتون ماں بنے تو جان کا خطرہ ہے تو ایسی صورت میں آپریشن کرا کے ماں بننے کی صلاحیت کو سلب کر دینا جائز ہے؟ 11. [22:40] Allah Ta'ala says in Surah Ar-Rahman multiple times that "So, (O mankind and Jinn) which of the bounties of your Lord will you deny?", even after mentioning the turmoil of hell and the day of Judgment. Does it mean that hell is also a bounty of Allah Ta'ala? سورة الرحمن کی آیت *فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ* کا ترجمہ یوں کرتے ہیں کہ پھر تم دونوں اپنے رب کی کیا کیا نعمتیں جھٹلاو گے ، جبکہ یہ آیت جہنم اور دوسرے آخروی عذاب کے بعد بھی آئی ہے۔ تو کیا جہنم بھی ایک نعمت ہے؟ [23:38 to 24:17] Questions postponed for next sessions 12. [31:51] Why does Shariah discourage delectation? شریعت میں لذت کی مذمت کیوں ہے؟ 16. [36:02] How to attain pure heart? قلبِ سلیم کیسے عطا ہو؟ 17. [37:50] On one end, Quran & Sunnah declare world as Batil, and on the other end, Allah Ta'ala says "Our Lord, you have not created all this in vain".
