Reshmi Naan (Indian flat bread) is soft but flaky. This delicious Naan is easily made at home on the tava or skiller. This recipe is quite healthy.
INGREDIENTS-
3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
4 tbs desi ghee or butter
1/4 cup sugar
200 ml full fat cream
1 cup milk
