Kadhi | स्पेशल खानदेशी कढी | how to prepare kadhi|दही कढी|Maharashtrian Kadhi-By Rajshree Badgujar "Kadhi" is one of the best traditional dishes of Maharashtra or India. This dish is prepared by very healthy combination of butter milk and besan. Which is served with bhakari, chapati and rice. Ingredients : * 200 gm curd (Dahi) * 15-20 Curry leaves * 4-5 chopped green chillies *1/2 tap cumin seeds *1 tsp mustard seeds *1/4 tsp turmeric powder *4 cloves *2 pieces of cinemon *1/4 tsp fenugric seeds *1 tsp ginger paste *1 tsp garlic paste *2 tbsp besan * Salt *2 glassWater * Coriander Health Benefits : *Besan -contains copper, phosphorus, iron, potassium which is good for heart disease. -Rich in fiber, -control colestol level-beneficial in diabetic patients.
