My Keto Sun-Dried Tomato Feta Turkey Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes recipe is something that I've cooked and perfected over the years. It's an amazingly easy meal to make at home and it only takes 1 hour.

MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS:
►1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
►1 cup sliced mushrooms
►1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes and parsley
►1 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
►2 tbsp half & half
►1 tbsp minced garlic
►1/2 thyme, dried oregano, red pepper
►3 tbsp ketchup
►2 tsp worcestershire sauce
►1 tbsp hinders the blend seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
►1 cup chopped spinach
MASHED POTATOES INGREDIENTS:
►10-15 red potatoes
►3/4. cup half & half
►4 tbsp butter
►1/2 tbsp minced garlic & garlic salt
►1 tbsp thyme
►salt & pepper to taste
