Laddu or laddoo or avinsh ,a sphere-shaped sweet originated from the Indian subcontinent; the name originated from the Sanskrit word Lattika.
So lets start Cooking With Gracy
We need:
4 - Leftover Chapatis
1 small bowl of Jaggery
4 Tbsp - Ghee
Start by breaking the chapatis into small pieces
Add grated/ shredded/ crushed jaggery and mix well
Add ghee in small batches and bind the mixture
Shape them into small balls and our Laddus are ready.
