Adai Dosa is an instant very nutritious, healthy, filling, high protein, fibre rich , gluten free recipe. it is made from different lentils, rice and vegetables. It is a South Indian recipe most South Indian households have their own Adai Dosa recipe.
Ingredients:
Split Chickpeas ( Chana Dal) - 1/4 cup
Split Pigeon Peas ( Arhar dal) - 1/4 cup
Split dehusked Green Gram ( Dhuli moong dal ) -1/4 cup
Split Black Gram ( dhuli urad) - 1/4 cup
Horse Gram ( kulathi dal) 1/4 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Red Chilies - 4
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida ( heeng) - 1/8 tsp
Onion - 1 medium size
Carrot - 1 small grated
Green Chili - 1 chopped
Garlic - 5 -6 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Oil - as required
For Chutney
Chana dal and Urad - 1 tbsp each
Garlic - 4 -5 cloves
Onion - 1 medium size
Red Whole Chilies - 2 no.
Tomatoes - 2 medium size
Salt - as per taste
Fresh Coconut - 1/4 cup
Heeng - 1/8 tsp
