Wat Pho is famous for the largest reclining Buddha statue in the world, and Wat Arun (also known as Temple of Dawn) is a very picturesque temple by the Chao Phraya river, especially beautiful at dawn and sunset. All 3 places are close to each other. It's a short walk between the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, and from Wat Pho, you can catch a quick ferry boat to Wat Arun. They're across from each other, so you just need to cross the Chao Praya river.
