Ingredients:
1 Green Mangalore Brinjal, 3 tbsp grated coconut, few curry leaves, small lemon size tamarind, 4-5 green chillies, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 red chilli, Coconut oil for seasoning.
