Thanksgiving is almost here and while everyone loves pumpkin pie, I decided to make something slightly different. This video is sponsored by Diamond of California. PIE CRUSTS: https://www.diamondnuts.com/where-to-buy/?utm_source=influencer&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=nut_pie_crust Also my sister is in town so let's see if she likes this pie. #MadeforHomemade ¾ lbs sweet potatoes, cooked and cooked 4 tbsps melted butter ¼ cup maple syrup ¼ cup brown sugar 2 eggs ½ cup half and half 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp ginger ¼ tsp cloves In a bowl, add peeled and cooked sweet potatoes and mash until smooth. Add butter, maple syrup, eggs, half and half, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and a pinch of salt. Mix again until combined. Pour into Diamond of California Pecan nut pie crust. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and cool. Add a layer of mini marshmallows and broil for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Keep a close eye on it!
