Moong Dal - 1.5 cup
ginger- 1.5 inch
green chilli - 2 pc
Hing/asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
saunf/fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste
Eno ( blue ) fruit salt - 1 sachet/ 5 gms
