With love, Jamaldeen Nelofar Course - Lunch/Dinner Preparation Time - 15 Mins Cooking Time - 40 Mins Servings - 04 This is what you simply do: Chop red onion, tomato and chili finely. Heat coconut oil in the pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds, red onion and ginger-garlic paste and season for a minute. Add curry leaves, pandan leaves, chili and onions and continue seasoning till it becomes translucent. Add tomato, cook it it turn to soft. Then add the marignated quail into the pan. Now add turmeric and masala powders, then add salt to taste. Mix well. Close the pan with lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Later add 01 cup of condensed coconut milk and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Its done! Now you have delicious, yummy Quail Curry!!!
