Today I am going to share my first experience of ghever making. I am going to show you the easy method o make this delicacy without any mould or any machine. Ghevar is a special sweet for the festival of Sawan and now you can easily make it home. So here are the ingredients....
Ingredients For Sugar Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
Pinch Of Green Cardamom Powder
Ingredients For Rabdi:
1 Lt Milk(full cream )
3 Tsp Milkmade
Green Cardamom Powder
Saffron(A Pinch)
Ingredients for Ghevar Batter:
2 Tbsp Ghee
Ice Cubes
Approx 1 Lt Chilled Water
1.5 Cup Maida
1/2 Cup Chilled Milk
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
-Follow all instruction carefully to make perfect batter.
Desi Ghee for frying
Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Important Instruction:
Batter Should be chilled all the time. You can keep it in fridge and take it as much required at a time in separate bowl to make ghevar.
