@trikan83983 years ago I think the why-man revelation will be the “learning about the Void Century” moment and when we learn about the very root of this story, spurring our moon goers to WANT to come back with this info, enter chrome and suikas return vessel, and they save the world. @nieznajomy43983 years ago Funny, when you said how arc after "why-man" arc could look like... exactly that's how I imagine ending at the beginning of the series (before why-man ect), like I imagined that "last chapter" would be old Senku looking how first rocket is send to space or his ashes would be send (in first rocket) after his death mimicking what NASA did with Steven Hawking ashes after his death.
But overall I would love to see "future" arc, it would be good epilogue to the series. ... 10

@Lazy_Misaki3 years ago I feel like it makes sense why the story is going at such a fast pace, there’s no need too be slow since there’s people with modern intelligence/skills around the globe helping speed up the why man mission. There might be 2-3 very short arcs but the why man arc should wrap up the story pretty soon ... 27

They go back to earth and realize everything is chaos, been converted into a dictatorship, and the last arc is senku trying to figure out the whole science behind Medusa to revive why-man and help them restore earth back to normal. ... 4

@dolardo-sama3 years ago I honestly think that the "secret dictator" antagonist would work, as long as they have a decent following of people that believe the work is unfair, that Senku isn't built to be a leader or some sort of reasonable complaint in several of the cities. Then it would be more of a rebellion, causing a problem they can't brute force out of, since that would make the main characters the dictators ... 13

My best guess is some artafical intelligence robot, for some reason i feel like it has something to do with senkus father, that being the connection of senku and whyman. Or maybe whyman is a civilization on the other side of the moon, like since the planet got petrified its been a few thousands years and whyman built a huge town of robotos on the other side of the moon through that time. With technology way more advanced than our own modern technology .we went from stone world to modern world, now to scifi world. I could see about 60 chapters left, some build up to the moon arc, 30 chapters of the moon arc, to 10 chapters of closure, from reviving everyone, gotta do it one by one, some p3ople are buried, some statues are in pieces, not enough housing and resouces, ect. Would be chaos and a bloody mess to revive eveyone at once ... 3

@LewDawn3 years ago I think the little exchange Senku had with Suika about making a telescope was setting up how they'll find where they should land - they'll build a bigger telescope and look all over the Earth-facing surface, then I'm sure someone will be all like "hey those craters weren't there 3000 years ago!" or something wacky like usual, and that's how they'll find Why-Man's bunker or whatever he's in. ...

@Br13303 years ago As far as the side of the moon, you can be sure Senku would note that since the moon is tidally locked, Why Man would need to be on the side of the moon facing earth to send down Medusas and transmit radio waves, and it would be optimal for him to be near the center for those reasons so. the posible area is less than half the size of Australia and, the likely area a fraction of that, before taking into account the moons Geography since... you know... it is everything. ...

zeno had manpower and so he could build guns, while other people who woke up somewhere in the world would life like people in the ark one tsukasa empire ... 2

I’m sure there would at least be another 5-6 civilizations around the world

@OtakuTalkOD3 years ago I mean I feel you tekking but I disagree slightly, it's simply going too fast and I know your saying we don't need rehashing of previous plots but just like you said with Spain I was thinking in some of these places we could have certain ppl not simply going along with senku or trying to create their own world order. If I know one thing about humans they're difficult af even against there best interest. You could easily argue tho that the incentive to revive the world and gratitude toward senku would be high but meh idk man. One piece has spoiled me and I like world building and fleshing out.
Mixed feelings about getting to the moon so soon. And really hoping that maybe that will be a decent sized arc and we are getting hints that resurrection might be a thing/issue. Also if there's not some massive reason for the mass petrification (there obviously is) I would love for there to be a arc about the aftermath of everyone being depetrified and all the original world leaders wanting to reestablish the original world order and other seeing this as opportunity to start over. Etc.
One of my subs thinks it's cause inagaki is working on a new series called trillion game ...
