Tasty and Delicious Mutton Cutlet with Shredded Mutton and Potato

Mutton Cutlet

Ingredients
------------------
Mutton boneless -250 gms
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled Potatoes - 2 nos
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 to 5 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwd - 3/4 tsp
Fennel pwd - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 1.5 tbsp
Egg - 1
Shredded Coconut - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Oil for frying
Method:
-In a pressure cooker boil mutton pieces, turmeric pwd, salt to taste and add water
-Pressure cook for 5 whistles or for 15 to 20 mins in medium flame
-Remove the mutton pieces to a plate
-Boil 2 potatoes and peel off the skin
-Smash the potatoes
-Shred the cooked mutton pieces
-In a bowl add the mashed potato, Boiled mutton, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and all the above mentioned masalas
-Add Rice flour and egg and mix well
-If the batter is not thick add some more rice flour
-Finally add shredded coconut and coriander leaves
-Mix well and roll into desired shapes
-Finally coat with breadcrumbs
-Heat oil in a pan and fry in medium heat until golden brown
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce!
