The real flavour of this dish comes from fresh fenugreek leaves. Carrots add a sweet touch and potatoes add some structure to the dish. This yummy sabzi that goes well with roti, plain parhata and plain rice. Here are some health benefits of Carrots,potatoes and fenugreek Health benefits of carrots are known to everyone.
