I've always followed your workout sets and reps but recently I tried doing one set id="hidden16" class="buttons"> of your most recent 20min leg workout, the planche strength workout and this tricep workout. I've noticed a big change in the rate of my strength and even muscle growth. Thought I would say this in case it could help someone else out.
    One big question I have is, how often should I workout and rest? What's your weekly routine? Many thanks again. I am in the best shape of my life ☺️ and I plan on continuing upwards
