Pilates for the blind and visually impaired - audio described pilates

Hello everyone! This video has been recorded especially for the blind and visually impaired. This is a video that feels very close to home for me and I was really excited to film it. I am registered legally blind myself but still have some useful remaining Vision. I know that following fitness videos online can be really difficult when you are blind or visually impaired so I wanted to create this one which you will hopefully find more accessible. Although I am visually impaired myself, I have never taught anyone who is blind or visually impaired, so do let me know if I gave enough description, so that I can improve on the next one.
