Khoya/ Mawa is generally used to prepare different type of sweets and dessert recipe. Here I have shared the traditional Khoya/Mawa recipe. From 1.5 litre milk here I have made 250 gram Mawa. You can store this mawa upto 3 months in deep freez by keeping it in a airtight container. So friends try this recipe to make different types of sweets and dessert at your home.
