Robert Degle Diggle ADCC SG 2022 77 kg gold medal run

It's been a while since I posted a video on here. Since I lived in Austin and chased trials I've wanted to focus on getting better as a competitor and doing seminars to make money. So, I have not yet much time for YouTube and online instructional recording. I plan to get back into both of those more consistently but my focus for a while will still be on competing. I just officially had my dual Italian citizenship recognized (I'm an American and an Italian) and can hopefully do 4 trials now (North American and European). I'm trying to do as many ADCC opens as I can to master the ruleset. I won gold at the ADCC Sweden tournament while living in London earlier this year. Then bronze at ADCC Serbia during the same time period. Then moved to Singapore and got silver at ADCC Thailand. There was a period of maybe 5 or 6 months where I did not win a single tournament. My confidence went down and I started to wonder if I was not the same athlete I used to be. I won the Siam cup in Bangkok and then the next weekend got gold here in the ADCC 2022 Singapore open in the 77 kg division despite only weighing in at 71. Here are 2 of my matches out of the the 3.
