We already know she will be ap and focused around top lane(also shes a skirmisher)
P: Seems like a stacking "buff" that float scissors around her that enhance either one or more of her abilities, this however could be a passive to ability 1
it seems that it stacks as gaining 3 and then gaining 5 after using her ability 1(which makes me think its more of an ability passive).
ability 1:seems like a mid range poke ability similar to kayles e and might be able to pass through minions. This ability seems to be affected by how many floating scissors she has 3=3 shots and 5=5. I also believe this ability slows.
ability 2: just seems to be a normal dash that may reset her cooldown on ability 1 judging by how she spams it a lot (not sure it if applies a buff or anything)
ability 3: seems like a cone attack when she uses her scissors to chop her opponents. it appears to have a line in the middle of it so it may be like sett where it either does true damage in the middle and ap on the outskirts.
Ultimate: is most likely that aoe dome like Camille's. When she casts it she is seen to be either unstoppable or a new effect that gives cc immunity(unknown if she becomes undamageable and untargetable as well, however she did use it on river r so it may).
It also appears to have the ability to relocate to gwen twice and it seems to have the same property of giving gwen her poke back when it moves. its also show to mark targets(in the shape of a sword cut in half or a doll cut in half) it is not clear what the mark does(maybe reset her dash?)
her q is prob the straight line skill shot
her w is prob the dash/flip
her e is prob the short range cone chop
A needle skill shot
A CC-immune area and moves it once if,she use her specific skill
A double cut
And more needle skill shot but more
Q - normal single slap with scisors
W - those fast slaps with scisors
E - that dash that somehow resets..
R - is that no cc and untargetable zone

/ - She presses R, which creates a zone where she doesn't get CCed.
I think we have to notice that: when she moves, the zone follows her with a little "delay", but when she leaves the zone before it gets to her, it disappears. We can see this here / .
Maybe instead of delay, when she leaves the zone for the first time it follows her, but after she leaves the zone again she no longer has CC Immunity and the zone disappears.

Gwen's basic attacks deal bonus on hit damage based on a percentage of her health

Gwen rapidly snips her scissors
Hallowed mist - W
Gwen gains armour and magic resistance. Enemies outside the mist can't hit and target Gwen with abilities.
Skip 'n Slash - E
Gwen dashes a short distance and empowers her attacks with increased range, speed and on hit damage for four seconds.
Attacking an enemy during this time reduces this ability's cooldown 50%
Needlework - R
Gwen can cast this ability three times but needs to hit an enemy within 8 seconds to unlock each subsequent cast.
Gwen casts a total of 9 needles (1/3/5) enemies hit by needles are slowed down and take bonus damage from Thousand Cuts.

I'm honestly wondering when people will stop returning to monke and realize that they are going full circle by complaining about every new champion and then forgetting about it after 2 weeks, whether it gets buffed, nerfed or untouched.
P: unknown, might be that she gets a high range auto attack after casting an ability.
Q: uses her scissor to
W: small dash, has two charges.
E: fires one needle, then three, then five. Needles slow.
R: create an area. For enemies outside the area Gwen is untargetable. She's also cc-immune while inside the area. When Gwen reaches the edge of the area, the area will recenter on her and be nailed to the ground. If she moves out again, the area dissipates.
