Hundred Soul: Void Walker/Counter Shield giving extra buildup

If you time your shield a split second before VW's effect, you get an enhanced weaken that gives extra buildup. Doesn't work if you counter 1+ seconds before VW's effect, or after. If you do it once though, VW's effect will continue to weaken every 10secs throughout the fight, along with its usual debuffs.
