Today we bring to you How To Make Matki Bhaji | Healthy Matki Recipe | अंकुरित मटकी की सब्जी | Sprouted Matki Moth Recipe
Vigna aconitifolia is a drought-resistant legume, commonly grown in arid and semi-arid regions of India. It is commonly called mat bean, moth bean, matki, Turkish gram or dew bean.
So lets start Cooking With Gracy
We will need the following:
Ingredients -
750 Gms Sprouted Moth Beans/ Matki
2 Onions
1 Tomato
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tbsp Red Chili powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt
Oil
Water
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions
Saute for a while
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook well
Add chopped tomato and salt
Cover and cook for 5 minutes
Now add the rest dry masala (turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder)
Mix well
Add matki sprouts
Half-a-tumbler water
Mix well
Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes and we are ready to serve.
