UAB police Sgt. Parnell Guyton was released Tuesday, June 30, 2020 after being hospitalized since March 31 with COVID-19. Guyton, 47, has spent the last month at Spain Rehabilitation after a 59-day stay in the COVID-19 ICU unit at UAB Hospital. He was on a ventilator for 45 days. The hospitals are so overworked with COVID id="hidden3" class="buttons"> cases that they didn't even treat this man for his life threatening liver issues that have resulted in such deep yellowing of his eyes. They release him after ONLY clearing him of his respiratory issues, entirely glosssing over his Jaundice & obvious liver complications. This is quite alarming.
