Healthy Cabbage Fritters || पौष्टिक कोबी बाजरीची वडी || Kobi Vadi || Cabbage Vadi Recipe
Ingredients:
Green Chillies - 3 (As Required)
Ginger - Upto 2 Inch
Garlic Cloves - 8 to 10
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Jeera/Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Finely chopped/shredded Cabbage - 3 Cups/1 Medium Size
White Sesame Seeds/Til - 1 tbsp (Optional)
Bajara/Pearl Millet Flour - 1 Cup (Can be replaced with Jowar/Sorghum Flour)
Nachni/Ragi Flour - 1/4 Cup (Can be replaced with Wheat Flour)
Rice Flour - 1/4 Cup i.e. 4 tbsp
Besan/Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida/Hing Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1tbsp (As per taste)
Water - 2 tbsp (Only if required)
Oil - 7 to 8 tbsp (for shallow frying 10 to 11 pieces)
Serve with Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
