LGIP Engine : Part 11 - Dual Fuel Mode Changeover Starting Sequence Double Pipe Vent : Outer pipe ventilation started in preparation for testing if the outer pipe system is intact, i.e. components are not missing or assembled incorrectly causing major leaks. Inner Pipe Test : The inner pipes are being pressurized with inert gas for leak testing the pipes and control valves. This involves sequentially opening and closing valves to isolate and test sections of the system. Return Train Test : The return fuel system is being leak tested with inert gas. Outer Pipe Test : The outer pipe system is being leak tested. The system is isolated by closing the Test Valves and introducing pressurized air through the Test Air Valve to check if it can hold the pressure. OP De-pressurize : Outer Pipe Depressurize. Pressurized air is released from the outer pipe. This operation is performed after leak testing the outer pipe with pressurized air. Prepare SF Supply : A run request has been sent to the SF Supply System to prepare for SF operation. SFVT Test : Second Fuel Valve Train Test. Leak testing is being performed with SF on the SFVT. Start Aux : The seal oil system is being started. Fill Engine : Main supply valves have been opened and SF has reached the SF block on each cylinder. SF injection is awaiting start. Prepare Running : Fuel recirculation is being adjusted to set-point. Running : The engine is running on SF.
