    @natnat8230منذ 3 سنوات If you’re barely seeing this, please do these stretches everyday !! (With breaks in between) but your back and I kid you not will become less stiff and you’ll want to have good posture. It helps a lot with that. My body doesn’t really allow me to slouch as much anymore and it’s only been a week since I started doing these. This video is awesome ! I’m not a bot btw lol ....وسعت 160

    Starting point: ground zero. My back is very stiff. id="hidden5" class="buttons">
    Day one: I couldn't hold the crab hold for too long, also couldn't lift my head off the floor while doing it.
    Day two: same as day one. I felt the stretch a bit more.
    Day three: rest day<3.
    Day four: crab hold is still a struggle but in the rest of the exercises I'm feeling more comfortable.
    Day five: crab holds didn’t felt too terrible today, but my wrists hurt a little after them.
    Day six: rest day<3.
    Day five: I feel like my back is a lot less stiff than how it was on day one.
    That was my first week, I'll be updating my progress weekly instead of daily<3.
    Week two and three: after this routine I can notice that my arabesques have improved quite a bit, but while doing the crab holds they seem to be getting more and more challenging.

    @mads338العام الماضي I aim to do this and Hannah's 3-way splits stretch daily to improve my flexibility! To contextualize, I am a recreational dancer who has not taking id="hidden6" class="buttons"> stretching seriously until now. I am more flexible than the average person, but compared to people who stretch for flexibility consistently, I am notably inflexible. I'm committed to change that.

But doing these for 3 days so far and I was finally able to lift id="hidden7" class="buttons"> myself to a kind of crab. Nothing amazing, but already seeing results.     Day1:pretty easy crab hold was a struggle to get up from but fun.
    Day2:not hard i like doing crab hold
    Day3:I can’t do 8t bc my wrist hurts so I have to wait to get better

    @mxtchamintzقبل 3 أشهر I did these stretches along with the 3 way splits for about a month, my back wasn’t flexible AT ALL and after the past month (only having like maybe 4 total rest days), I can touch my feet to my head in the 4th pose if I am against a wall (to keep my knees from sliding) I am very suprised!!     @bryonna2318قبل 7 أشهر Hey so i’m doing this and the other stretching routine for hopefully 1-2months. I’ll update here so i can keep myself consistent!
    Day 1: Wow. This was VERY humbling. Really showed me how weak my upper body is and how inflexible my back is. But that’s okay, that is the exact reason I’m here doing this stretch! To get better/improve! In conclusion, day 1 was hard for me personally. Couldn’t even hold myself up in the backbend! But i’ll be able to soon! To anyone seeing this, YOU GOT THIS! Something I’m going to have to tell myself everyday is that CONSISTENCY IS KEY! You might not see improvement in 1-2weeks and that’s okay!! Keep going, you got this!! Day 1 Complete! ✅
    Day 2: Y’all this was still humbling. Upper body strength is still TERRIBLEEE. And much hasn’t changed since day 1, this was still pretty difficult for me. But of course, you can’t expect to see a difference in 1 day! See y’all tomorrow! Day 2 Complete! ✅
    Day 3: Did not feel like doing this at all today but i reminded myself of what goals i want to accomplish and that this is the way to do so! Very hard to get through it bc i was so tired from school and practice but overall, it’s getting a bit easier. Still hard but getting easier. Day 3 Complete! ✅
    Day 4: Had a bad day and sadly didn’t feel like getting up to do my stretches. Day 4 Not Complete! ❌
    Day 5: Upper body still weak, haven’t seen any progress, hoping to see some in the next few days! Day 5 Complete! ✅

A video that teaches intermediate exercises id="hidden39" class="buttons"> that work into these would be nice. For example, the crab hold demands a lot of upper body strength that can be developed apart from working this one pose. ....وسعت 1
