Fried milk snack | 炸牛奶
My kids love fried milk for a quick snack. It is a simple sweet dessert of silky smooth pudding texture encased in a crunchy crust. I have seen this in China, Taiwan and Spain (Leche Frita). It is super simple to make. All you need is milk, corn starch, sugar and breadcrumbs. And the taste - silky and dreamy. Do try it!
Ingredients
250g milk
30g corn starch
25g sugar
10g condensed milk (optional)
Steps
• Mix everything up and stir well
• Cook mixture under low heat, stirring constantly
• When mixture starts to thicken, remove pot from stove
• Pour mixture into a lightly greased dish
• press a cling wrap on the surface, leaving no gaps
• Chill for 1-2hours
• Remove from fridge, cut into strips
• Coat lightly with bread crumbs, then dip into beaten egg. Coat again with bread crumb (to ensure an even coating)
• Fry until crispy and golden.

10克 煉奶(可以不加)
麵包糠
